Works great, surprisingly tough
Markings easy to read, accurate, while made of glass I've dropped this in a cast iron sink and it was fine, expecting less durability for the price but was pleasantly surprised.

Broke coming out the package
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Came in a rectangular protective case that was difficult to pull open, when I finally pulled it apart, the device flew out, fell, broke, made a mess of broken glass, liquid and beads.. Horrible and a waste of money. I was so excited to test my wine.. Sob!

How to use?
No instructions on reading,understanding or use. Also, the "hard case" was disappointing. It was a thin piece of rolled plastic, with foam in each end. I thought it awas going to be a case I could use to test in.

A must have when making brew if you want to know your ABV.

FALSE ADVERTISING
Doesn’t come with the graduated cylinder to actually test your abv. Just the hydrometer in a box… now I have to spend more money to use this

Came broken
Item came broken and I called farmtech like tge page said and got ahold of nearest shop. Sadly all I got was a "sorry about that". That was it!!!No replacement. No refund.So on that note I highly recommend not buying any of their product because the attitude and lack of keeping a customer isn't their high priority.(I did call Amazon and thankfully they refunded me).
