Highly recommend this item. I am bed bound and unable to hold a book to read so this has been a life saver. Price was better than I expected. The quality of each part of it is excellent. Secures to a table or desk. The bracket being large enough for a thick table. Very solid bracket arm is strong and has not collapsed or warped despite my sometimes heavy books.

So impressed!!!
I've tried multiple gooseneck holders and they have all given up the ghost after a short time. This feels like such good quality and very strong. I think it is worth every penny. I have it attached to my bookshelf next to my armchair with my iPad and Kindle Scribe on and it doesn't even struggle to hold both next to each other at the same time. So convenient and easy to angle and set up. Would recommend!

Wow, this is a game changer for readers, it holds any book without issue, I have arthritis so holding books isn't easy as I get the shakes so now I just put on this and settle down to rwad in comfort.

Dropped at first but then with tools included could tighten and fix.

It broke after 1 hour, don't buy unless you can weld.
It snapped one hour after I had assembled it. Helpful up until that point.Bad weld? probably seems like a problem lots of people have had. I couldn't be bothered to send it back and a replacement would snap again most likely. Otherwise it seemed quite good so I got a friend to weld the base as it should have been done in the first place. The initial weld was terrible, don't buy unless you can weld. And you people who make this learn to weld.
