This product works great! I have arthritis in my knees. I was hospitalized back in November. It was decided that the arthritis medication was causing side effects. The doctors took me off the arthritis medication, but did not want to recommend anything new. I explained that after a few days without the medication, by legs would progressively hurt, swell and lock up. All these things happened. I have to work, being bed ridden due to arthritis was not an option for me. I prayed about it, and decided to engage in some self help. I consulted friends in the medical field and did some research. This turmeric also contains black pepper. Black pepper is necessary to activate the turmeric. I started taking this product (two tablets) plus two MSM 1,000mg capsules twice a day. It took about a week for me to see some results and another week for me to be totally pain free. Every now and then, I will have a little pain in one of my knees, but over all I am great. Not to be long winded but, when I first started taking the medication, I had to also start taking dialysis. I was using two canes to get to my car and the wonderful staff would meet me with a wheel chair upon arrival/departure. They were amazed, that by week two I was using one cane and not calling them once I was in the parking lot. I am a teacher. I returned to work and can walk/stand with ease and no pain. I keep the cane with me just in case, I need it, lol. So far so good. The only change is, that at first I was using spring Valley MSM. I ran out and can not find it anywhere Spring Valley is sold. I tried a couple of other brands, that was not as good. I am now using the GNC brand of MSM. The capsules works great and are easy to swallow. Only down side (I am cheap) is that the Spring Valley was 8.88 at Wal - Mart while the GNC brand is 25.00 for the same size bottle. The GNC brand works well, the bottle will last a couple of months. Still worth it, because I am pain free and back to working with my darling students, lol!

I take Turmeric to help with inflammation and love this brand. I do have to take with food to keep from having upset stomach or indigestion. I use it for the inflammation and pain relief but also do feel like it also helps with energy.

This is a good product. It's hard to tell if vitamins are legitimate which is why I felt i had to leave a review. This one worked for me and at least one other person. I woke up stiff quite a bit and was a bit slower than usual. Taking these for just over a week has helped a lot. Joints feel better overall.

These capsules are good. Take them everyday. Good quantity in bottle and the quality seems to be pretty good as well. Would recommend.

This product really works but needs a lot of fluid or your might get constipation
