Raphael Kaerell Long Handle Oil & Acrylic Brush, Round, 2, Natural

This is an excellent paint brush if you get if from JerrysArtarama, where they know how to pack and ship a paint brush. Amazon however crams a brush into a cardboard box diagonally, so the bristles are splayed every which way upon arrival; this happened twice. Somebody please remind Jeff Bezos that his success did not come from sending damaged merchandise.

Love the Raphaël Kaerell brushes!! I am a watercolor artist and I use these brushes when I want more control with my strokes and I don't have to sacrifice the amount of water and paint it will hold. Great brush at a great price! Will continue to buy Raphaël brushes!

I have the Rafael Paris Classic oil brushes, and they are higher quality in workmanship than the Rafael Kaerell brush. The wood handle of the #10 round I purchased is crooked and lopsided and the ferrule design is questionable. Only time will tell how well this brush will hold up and perform.

I use large filberts for oil painting and this brush for occasional details. Works fine.

I received ONE brush.. not the set that is pictured. I have not used it as I just received the ONE brush. It looks of high quality and I'm contemplating on whether I should use it or return it.

Nice brush with a soft, responsive feel. Great choice for a synthetic.

Picture does not represent what you are purchasing. That said, Jerry's Artarama, the seller I purchased from was perfectly agreeable. I was just not pleased with Amazon's listing for this object. The brush in question is approximately 2mm long and extremely tiny. Completely unlike the picture, which I assume is the "Raphaël Kaerell Series 869 Round 10" or something. Do not buy this brush if you are expecting a product that the picture looks like.
