This is the best over the counter patches I have ever used.

I bought these to see if they worked as well as another Japanese brand of plaster patches and these were not at same level but worked really strong on thin areas like the inner elbow and less effective on the knees and thicker muscle areas. But I do like the size and it stays on for about 8 hours before it stops working. Do no reapply as the glue will not stick as well as compared to first installation.

I really like this patch. It's a little circle that comes. It is very strong, maybe for an hour, when I use this patch. It did heal my pain in the ankle tendon.

I first experienced these patches in Japan. After long days of walking, I got these patches and they worked perfectly! When returning home, I ran out and found them available on Amazon! Any time I have a muscle ache (my back or leg, etc.) I use these. The size is perfect to target the pain areas.

These are great. I use them all the time. I buy for my kids pain also because they do help.

Small patches are nice but they are a little too much for such a small space. Certainly helps but the rectangular pads or even the invisible liquids do better.

I had a neck pain as I hold my baby for too long. It resolved my problem in a day. Also helped me got rid of the numbness on my wrist
