I really like this type of adhesive, but there are a couple tricks to make it work better.
I bought this product about a month ago to try with some press ons I had gotten ( LA colors cheapy jelly tips that looked cute and were transparent). I prepped my nails as one is supposed to do, (cuticles, dehydrate, etch and lay some base down) put on the little ball of glue and adhered the press on with a cute little single finger lamp I had laying around the office. Worked like a charm! nails looked good for about a day.... yeah the darned little buggers started to pop.. oh well I didn't etch the inside of the tips before I applied them but that's that I reckon. The thing was is that the glue was still intact on my finger, it was JUST the nail that popped so I did a little bit of cleanup on the nail applied some base to the nail itself, and then reapplied, re-cured and dang if them things didn't pop off for anything ( I am hell on my nails). The glue never got rock hard (had a nice bit of give and flexibility but was still stiff enough without being brittle) sort of like a real nail. Gave the nail decent structure where needed. The little trick is the base coat sandwich for the glue dot. Apply a thin coat to your nail and a thin coat to the press on cure both before applying the ball of glue to your nail and compressing (keeps the base from running out the sides and having to do clean up and also preventing some lifting. ) Another trick I saw on YT I want to try is when applying the gel tips is to leave a small gap between the base of the tip and the cuticle and after application is completed to apply to base gel to fill in the gap and make it look more like an actual sculpted nail instead of a presson (JOUNAIL you are the best).

Good Product for Gel Tip Beginners
This product is good for anyone just starting out applying full coverage tips because it is thick it allows little to no spillage. My only complaint is that if you use it by itself in any way it's almost too flexible.

Was good the first time
When I used it the first time it worked well it was easy to use it cured amazingly I closed it back up and tried to use it 2 weeks later and it would no longer keep the nail on

Does not work at all
I could not wait to get my product. This adhesive does not work at all. Does not stick to natural nail with primer or anything. Adhesive hardens with uv lamp and comes right off with press on nail. No adhesion whatsoever. No instructions at all. Only what is gleamed from the Amazon advertisement. So disappointed. 😔

Hard to use
Is it supposed to be quiet THIS firm? I find it very hard to use.

Very Impressed with this Product!
So, I used this solid nail glue with my nail tips and I'm hooked on this method! You usually have to rush with builder gels or glue, because they may run onto the cuticle before they are fully cured! Plus, it can be difficult to hold the nail while turning on the lamp and curing. This product is a game changer! The solid glue is thick, so it holds the nail perfectly in place while it's being cured. The best part - there is no odor and it's not sticky!

Didn’t work for me
I’ve attempted to use this on two different sets of nails. Certain nails just kept popping off, I’ve been using beetles gel glue with them staying on for 2-3 weeks. A full set with this glue doesn’t last a day. I did my nails Friday and today is Monday and I have 3 nails left on my left hand and 2 on my right. That was with me reapplying and redoing several nails and i just gave up. The concept is great, but the consistency isn’t. Just sad i wasted money on it for it to not work. Maybe I’ll try to use it for nail art.

So easy to use
This is really easy to use to make shapes with and I did use my bare fingers for this even though people recommend not doing it. I would probably use a glove or another tool if I were to do it again but it’s just like using play dough to mold shapes. It has a light smell but that didn’t really bother me.
