Something to Consider…
I got the citrus ones and have had the mint ones in the past. They. Are. Potent. If you’re currently pregnant and sensitive to tastes right now or if strong smells make you nauseous, maybe skip out on this prenatal for the first trimester. I had to give away my mint ones during my first pregnancy because I couldn’t do the mint scent anymore. I do like that they smell good but remember that this is something you’ll take everyday and may get sick of quickly. I've taken the citrus ones for almost a week and it’s been tolerable thus far. I do want to note that I typically get stomach aches if I take vitamins without food but haven’t experienced that with these! Good luck!

Good Prenatal but Definitely on the Expensive Side
We’ve been using this prenatal through the first trimester and it’s been solid overall. No real side effects, though my wife did feel a little queasy after taking it a few times. That could just as easily be normal pregnancy symptoms. The citrus flavor helps make it more tolerable, and the ingredients list feels thorough and well thought out. That said, it does seem pricey compared to other prenatals out there. Still, we’ve stuck with it because it checks the boxes we care about and hasn’t caused any issues.

The only prenatal I’ll take!
These prenatal vitamins are excellent! The lemon flavor helps prevent any nausea typically associated with the standard ‘vitamin’ taste, and they are easy to swallow with no stomach issues after. I didn’t experience any issues with a fishy flavor from the fish oil. I love that they include both choline and DHA, which helps minimize the number of supplements I need to take. Additionally, they use folate instead of folic acid, which I prefer. These will be my go-to for additional pregnancies.

The smell is highly pleasant.
Overall, I love these vitamins. I've been taking them for 7 years now. I started with the regular mint ones and then when I decided to try to get pregnant, I switched to the prenatal. The lemon essence that accompanies the prenatal is far more pleasant during pregnancy than the mint was. I feel as though they met most of vitamin needs, although I did have to take an extra iron pill because I'm chronically anemic. During pregnancy, because I deal with hyperemesis, I had a hard time swallowing the pills. My gag reflex was very sensitive and I feel that while they are a normal sized capsule, they would have been easier to take had they been smaller. Over the years the prices have fluctuated significantly, mostly heading up, which has made taking them a costly endeavor. The main cons of this product other than the price are that sometimes the bottle arrives and is missing some of the vitamins, and the other is that the pills eventually turn dark, even if they aren't expired. The customer service has always been great though and they've been quick to end replacements.

Great vitamin
Best smelling vitamins I have ever purchased. They go down smooth without making me sick so they seem great quality. I did alot of research and love that these have some methylated vitamins included. Very easy to swallow and average size pills. I’ve been taking them a few days and have noticed better sleep and less constipation. So they are very effective.

Best prenatal vitamin
Loved these prenatal vitamins when I was pregnant. They have all the nutrients you need and were very easy to get down. I liked how you could choose the flavor too, which really helped during pregnancy. Never made me nauseous or anything. I’ve tried other brands and this one seems to have everything you need in this one vitamin.

Fishy gas!!
Great vitamins for baby’s development! However, the fishy aftertaste is a bit overbearing. I usually take these after breakfast, and the fishy taste lasts all day. It makes me want to gag almost. I love the citrus smell of these though, and the look is very satisfying. That’s why I bought them. I will still continue to use this product. Just need a way to make it taste like something other than leftover fish.

Tastes good and clean
I’ve been on prenatals while TTC for 4 years now and these are my favorite ones thus far. There’s a slight citrus flavor to them after you swallow which is nice when taking a mix of vitamins everyday while preparing for our transfer cycle with IVF. I liked that this is a more natural and clean product especially with all the hormones and medicines that have been in my body during our journey
