This is a wonderful product, this help me balance out my hormones, with my pms and skin, this is the only one that works for me. To top it off My Skin Glows with this. I tried a few other brands but nothing can compare to this one, they just don't work like this one.

I've been using this for years and this is one of those HOLY GRAIL products for me. I had terrible cystic hormonal acne that dermatologists struggled to treat, and after years battling it (I still have the scars to prove it), I finally healed my skin. Genuinely. I basically NEVER get spots anymore and I used to have a minimum of 8 cystic pimples at any one time.I did 3 things that changed my skin, which improved my confidence and changed my life.1) I started taking these and my skin improved DRASTICALLY2) I went vegan - specifically gave up dairy. Animal products are naturally and artificially full of hormones3) I got an acne focused chemical peel (perfect-derma w/ acne boost - $250)(I did it in that order)It was like my skin was soothed significantly by the Primrose Oil. Then cutting out animal products lessened how agitated my skin was. And then when I finally got a chemical peel (I've only done the one and it was 4 years ago) it seemed to somehow release everything out of the under layers of my skin.These three things cleared my skin COMPLETELY - between these capsules and eating plant based I've been able to maintain the completely clear skin the chemical peel granted me with. I ran out of these capsules unexpectedly last week and promptly started growing another chin out of my chin. My new bottle arrived a couple days ago and it's already helping with my newest chin.I really hope this can help someone - if you have hormonal acne and are only treating it topically - you're doing your skin a disservice <3 There is hope for EVERYONE with acne!

I'm currently on 20mg of Prozac per day. 2 weeks ago I started taking EPO (2 pills a day, the recommended dose). About 3 days after starting, I began to get really weird feelings in my body. For starters, I began to get incredibly moody, like the smallest things were making me freak out. It was as if I was PMS'ing something CRAZY! I also began having very intense rolling back pain. It would start from the back of my head to my tailbone and felt like an electric shock. My muscles were so tight and painful in the morning and throughout the day. I began to get diarrhea and by the weekend I was having restless sleep. I couldn't get to sleep at all, was waking up 3 or 4 times during the evening, and having very weird visuals when I'd close my eyes and try to go back to sleep.I didn't really put all the pieces together until a few days ago, when I did some deeper research on EPO and drug combinations....and realized I had given myself Serotonin Syndrome. I am BEGGING YOU....if you are currently taking an SSRI, PLEASE do not combine it with EPO. The side effects were extremely scary and I'm only just starting to feel slightly better. The brain fog is beginning to lift and today is the first day I am not about to fall asleep at my desk.Why am I giving this product 4 stars you ask? Because it worked. I'm really really sad to have to stop taking it. I have had terrible acne and eczema all my life. I've done antibiotics, Accutane, steroids, gluten free diets, vegan diets, skin peels, weekly facials, you name it! In the 10 days I was on this, it cleared up my hormonal acne. I always break out terribly right before my period. Well, I just started my period and my skin is the smoothest it's been since I was on antibiotics last time.So that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. I think if you can take this product, you absolutely should. But again, I repeat, if you're on an SSRI....PLEASE SKIP THE PILL AND ONLY APPLY EPO TOPICALLY!I've learned my lesson about going the purely homeopathic route. Even if something is a plant or a vegetable, it can still have an adverse effect on your body. We seem to forget this when using natural products. I'm really hoping I feel 100% again soon.
