Can someone please tell me what large, medium, and small equates to in inches of diameter

Hello TLP, the sponges measurement in length are as follows: Large 5"-5.5", Medium 3"-4" and Mini: 1.5"-2". These are the measurements on average when wet. Please note that as the sponges are hand harvested, there will be natural variations in size and shape depending on the cut. The sizes are specifically selected for different purposes: for facial cleansing, for bathing / showering and for around the eyes for example. Are they soft even when they are bone dry, I want to use it as padding for a leg brace?

Sea sponges are hard when bone dry and only become soft after rehydrating. If your leg brace can cope with a little moisture, you could squeeze out excess water and use the soft sponge. How long do they last?

That's the con. The larger ones lasted between 3-5 months before they split. The smaller ones last more than 6 months to year.

The sponges are harvested from the Caribbean and the Pacific. These are then cleaned and processed in the United States.
