My favorite must have tabs for electrolytes and energy. Automatically takes care of fatigue and sore muscles. At the first sign of cramping, I pop a salt tablet and it removes the cramp immediately. The perk from caffeine is a great addition to the tabs and does help flush toxins quickly!

So far so good. I don't run or bike; but I'm in my 40's so things move slower sometimes. Took of of these with a huge glass of water before mowing the lawn in 85 degrees. I looked like I stole the mower. I was practically jogging behind it. Still had energy left over that carried well in to my push day lifting. I don't drink coffee; so 30mg of caffeine was plenty for me. Been carnivore for over a year. The salt and electros help me stay hydrated when my glucose is hovering around 60 (which is normal for me). Glucose holds 3g of water per 1g of glucose so staying hydrated on a carb free diet is a struggle sometimes (and I don't feel like downing salt water). These are ideal. My only critique is the price. It's just sodium, caffeine, and a few electros. Little steep for something I'm probably going to order several times a month; but, it's cheaper than Powerade and doesn't have sugar.

I have been struggling with hydration during running long miles. I have a hard time digesting and keeping up with fluid due to the fact of my stomach holding all my fluids and fuel. I use this for energy. The 💊 are a good size and easy to swallow. They don't have any taste. The price is mid range for supplements. They contribute to alertness and vigor. They don't make me feel tired.

I take one every morning because the caffeine level is low enough to wake me up but not give me the jitters. It also helps my POTs, and I take the vitassium pills later in the day for the same reason without the caffeine. Easy to swallow.

I am a long-time distance runner. It is very hot and humid in the summer where I live and as I get older I have found that I need to keep my electrolytes balanced during and after a long run in order to feel good while running and post-run. I use both the regular and caffeinated capsules with good results. On long runs of between 8 and 15 miles I will take one of these capsules with water every 30 minutes. This has helped me to feel good and not dread hot weather running. Also, if I am outside doing yard work in hot weather I will take a capsule every 30 minutes. The SaltStick Electrolytes are easy to swallow and do not give me a stomach ache, acid reflux, or cramping that I have had with other electrolyte products.

Excelente producto, en mi último medí maratón rompí récord, no tuve síntomas de deshidratación, no cansancio, terminé fuerte usando 1 cápsula cada 3 minutos (3 en total) sin duda lo recomiendo y lo seguiré usando en entrenamientos largos y competencias. Sólo debo llevarlas en una bolsa pequeña para que no se disuelvan con el sudor.
