Perfect ! relieved painful shoulder and neck within minutes. Hyperextended my arm and pulled my shoulder out too far when reaching for something and then pain arrived hours later, thank goodness this arrived the next morning! after three days of rest, icing with this, and elevation, I did some slow rotations and now a week and half later - so much better. Just perfect to lay across my shoulder. I really like this cold wrap. I do not have keep it in place…it’s stays where I need it. Packaged appropriately and came in a timely manner. Folds up in the freezer and is flexible. I’m giving it 5 stars.

Works really well. Only stays cold for about five minutes, but it’s enough to give my frozen shoulder a good chill and takes the pain out. I put it on once in the morning once at night and it’s definitely bringing me relief.
