Would be great if it worked consistently
Came in a box with no instructions or anything. Was working just fine at first, then suddenly wouldn't connect. Tried re-pairing it to no avail. Tried restarting my phone, resetting the square by holding down the button for 20 seconds, nothing nothing nothing. Just flashes orange forever and never gets recognized by my phone as a viable device.Disappointed and frustrated.

Missing a part and would not function
We ordered five of these. One of them did not come with the credit card reader that plugs into the ipad which made it completely unusable.

Product stopped working in less than a month
The product worked great for 2 weeks. Thereafter it worked intermittently and then stopped working altogether in about 3 weeks.
