Why did I just find out about this?!
I make crème brûlée very often, and I lost some dishes during the move, so I searched for new ones only to find this great invention!!I was able to make 6 beautiful ube crème brûlée and it’s also very easy to store!!

This is a fabulous ramekins set. Good size. Covers fit well. Easy to use. Easy to clean

arrived chipped
On close inspection prior to first use, one ramekin was chipped. I hope to get this replaced, as I would like to keep this set in use for a long time. Will update this review if I hear back from the seller, but this was the only way I knew to attach photos. The pan and rack are very nice, the ramekins are good, the lids are rather flimsy - they are the pieces I expect to fall apart first. I wish there was a way to purchase replacements in advance, but I will endeavor to be careful handling them. If customer service comes through, this will be a 5 star purchase!
