Before I write my main point about this product, I would like to thank the amazon team for cooperation in giving me a refund right away.Regarding the keyboard: The rubber buttons will need a needle from time to time to make them pressable. the A pedal jack didn't work, the MIDI OUT function doesn't work during the playback of recorded MIDI, and the keyboard has lots of glitches.Simply a badly made product, that doesn't even have a customer's service or technical support.
