This is the best sourdough bread I've ever had, hands down. Nothing like the anemic version you find in your local grocery. It's permissable for diabetics in reasonable quantities. My neighbors also love it. I live in the woods and came outside to find someone had torn through the box and devoured a whole loaf. They deserve it, and I'm happy to share.

San Francisco bread made in NJ? Yes.I inquired what was the water source for making their bread. They use city water, does it contain fluoride? Owner will not answer my question. 2ed question. Is the water recycled waste water from the city? Owner would not answer my question. I'm done.

I really like this bread

In my seemingly endless search for a high grade sliced sour dough, you all have nailed it. It is a perfect thickness, frames but doesn't overpower the contents. I use at home and restaurant. It makes wonder French toast sandwiches, grills and toast really nice. No foolin' Bravo
