Q: I used light golden brown & it was toooo dark . can i go over it with golden blond ?

If hair is too light, you can dye it darker. If hair has been dyed too dark, you cannot simply slap a lighter color over it and hope it will lift the darker color. At most it will add a different more reddish tone but won't truly lift. If I dye hair too dark then the only solution a lot of the time is to (a) try to lift it out right after by washing with baking soda, dish detergent, etc. or (b) vitamin C wash. Some even do a bleach bath and then re-dye. It all depends on how damaged your hair is. If I had gotten my hair too dark with this permanent dye, I don't think I would then hope that a lighter color would lift it nor that it would lift it to the right SHADE.

Q: Which light blonde colorsilk ammonia free is the lightest blonde 3, 4 or 5?

I buy 04 Ultra light natural blonde. It's a nice blonde color.

Q: Can you use blonde on dark hair?

I have medium to dark brown hair is my natural color I use revlon colorsilk 05 ultra light ash blonde applied left on total of 40 minutes.
