I work on the computer all day running 2 businesses and was noticing more headaches and eyestrain. I wear contacts 15 hours a day and thought I'd give some bluelight blocking glasses a try - I have a smaller face and these kids glasses are great. Lightweight, and don't pinch behind my ears. I wore them for a few hours today and will keep them on my desk for daily use. They fit well on the nose and are comfortable to wear for hours at a time. So far I love them! Will update after a few weeks of daily use.Update: I do end up having to take them off after an hour or so as they do pinch behind my ears, but perhaps my eye doctor can adjust them a bit so they're more comfortable. Still worth it for the price.

Bought these last summer for my daughter and luckily it comes with 2 in case one disappears lol….Yes, they are for screen time but they are also super cute!!! I got them for her more for her personal style and it has a practical purpose as well… so when grandparents ask or co parents asked…I got them for eye protection 😀🤓 she loves them and they look similar to mine which she enjoys 😀

Glasses seem to block blue light, but with a yellowish hue rather than the more neutral filtering a higher end pair might provide. They are also SUPER reflective, making them basically mirrors, and very distracting in video conference meetings. Okay quality for the price, but need something higher quality in a semi-professional setting.
