They work fine on the shed's wood floor and make it really easy to move the rack, even fully loaded.

Don’t bother looking. I searched Amazon and Ebay for cheaper replacements and because of the long stud requirement (to pass through the frame) these are the only wheels that will work with the Malone floor rack. Guess they know it because it’s priced as an item with no competition. Note that if you search Amazon for similar quality wheels (with similar rating) you will see much lower prices. Proof enough for me that they are overpriced. I will add that even with the double wheels, the small wheel size hampers easy maneuvering on even low pile basement carpet. Probably fine on tile / hardwood / concrete. Also it should be in big letters in the top description that 6 boat racks need 2 sets of wheels. It is mentioned way down in the detailed description seemingly as an afterthought. Not all buyers are going to read every line of the description and will get an unpleasant surprise when they reach that part of the rack assembly.
