Excellent flour, great pizza dough
I am an experienced pizza cook and have baked pies for the last 15 years. This is the best flour I have ever used. The value for money is great, at 35$ for 25 lbs bag.

If you are cutting a Serrano or iberico ham this is a must have tool. It is sharp but more importantly it is safe.

Excellent for pizza or Italian bread! I'm so glad I ordered this considdering Italian bread is scarce these days. 00 flour is the absolute best for making pizza dough as well.
