TOTALLY USELESS, that is!!!! The old saying ..."it's good enough for the government", doesn't apply because it's less useful than that.

Handy product
This is the handiest product for nails that I've found. Beats a nail file; works fast. I have one in my car, another in the office and one at home. Between manicures my nails sometimes split at the ends and this evens them out - prevents them from getting snagged. I broke one of these items; that's why I ordered another one. I really do like this item and would recommend it to anyone who doesn't have perfect nails.
