Little expensive but it works. Works on tired and sore arms and legs and lower back. Great recovery tool for any competitive athlete and weekend warrior.

Pure awesome. Definitely helps relax soar muscles after a tough workout. My back and legs are addicted. A hit pricy imho, but if u hit it hard and Ned to hit it hard again soon...this is a must. Only reason this gets a 4 is the price point. If it was 200 less, it would been 5
