I bought this to avoid having to wear headphones for many hours of meetings when working from home. People say they can hear me very well. The speaker is fine for meetings, but not very good for listening to music. Overall, I'm happy with it, but I was hoping for a better speaker considering the price.

I previously had the earlier model, Jabra Speak 410. I had this unit almost 6 1/2 years and loved it. But it was time to move on because the hard buttons to mute and drop MS Teams calls stopped working. When my company was using Skype for Business, the buttons on the 410 worked great! But when we switched to Teams, the buttons on the unit didn't work anymore. Doing the research, I needed the Jabra Speak 750 MS, which is certified for Microsoft Teams. Setting up was easy. For me, I use the built-in USB connector, since I work at home and plug it in right into my USB port, like I did with the 410. The buttons work flawlessly! I can mute, control the volume, pick up or end a call. Just like I did before with Skype for Business. I also like the dedicated Teams button where if you push it, it throws Teams into the foreground. Just some advice on the setup:: 1. If you are using MS Teams, make sure to get the 750 MS model, and not the 750 UC. I did buy the correct model so I was good on that. 2. I had an issue at first, getting the mic and sound working into the Jabra Speak 750. If you are running Windows 10 like I am, make sure to use Windows Settings/System/Sound. Make sure that both the Output and Input is set to the Jabra Speak 750. Don't use Control Panel/Sound, as I find that it messes up the audio output and input to the built-in computer speakers. 3. Once you get the sound set up, make a Teams test call to confirm the Mic and Speakers are working properly. Also test the sound thru your computer like by opening a YouTube video or something like that. Very satisfied with this purchase. I don't use the Bluetooth feature so I can't comment on that. I work at home with a home office with a door and I have this unit on all day. If for some reason I need a headset, I either use a dedicated USB headset or a Bluetooth headset, but that is rare. I don't like having a headset on all day, so the Jabra Speak is WONDERFUL for me!

Highly rated but too tinny in real life

I work in IT and was asked to setup a small office space for executives. I paired this with a Jabra Panacast and it's working great, especially when you compare it to the cost companies want to setup a teams room. There were a few hiccups getting the speaker to pair with a windows laptop but the problem was with Windows settings and not the speaker. After getting over the initial hurdles I've heard nothing but positive feedback.

I've used conference speakerphones for many years, and except for built in "voice of god" conference room custom installations, this is as good as or better than any of them. The duplex (two way speaking at once) is perfect. The speakerphone also can be used for music, but is not optimized for that. Minor design point- I wish the USB cable detached from the unit itself for ease of portability when using the battery. I bought the Teams version (which is cheaper) and it works with Zoom, my PC, and everything else. It works particularly great with Teams in that you can mute yourself from the device and it syncs with the mute on the app.
