I’ve been using the Hey Nutrition Probiotic Complex daily and it’s been one of those supplements that quietly earns its place in the routine. The biggest thing I noticed was my digestion feeling more settled after a couple of weeks, less random bloating and just generally feeling “lighter” and more comfortable day to day. It’s not some dramatic overnight change, but it’s been consistent enough that I’ve kept taking it. I also like how easy it is to take. The capsules are straightforward to swallow, I’ve had no weird aftertaste or stomach irritation, and it’s been fine to take in the morning with a drink (or with food if I remember). On the skin/immune side, I can’t claim miracles, but I do feel like my skin has been a bit calmer and less “angry” than usual, and I’ve generally felt pretty robust recently. That could be down to lots of things, but it’s still a nice added win alongside the gut benefits. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable probiotic that’s been genuinely easy to stick with, and the 60-capsule bottle means you’re sorted for a good stretch. Five stars from me.

Took this for 1 month and about the 3rd week it cleared me out will definitely buy it again even though it was a bit pricey

Been taking these for a while. A few people are saying that its giving them constipation or stomach aches; however I haven't found this yet. Also people have complained that it says take 2 however id say test it. I used to take two but have brought it down to one a night and its still helping

After extensive research into which probiotics are best I decided to try these. I'm 60 and suffer from poor digestion causing excessive embarrassing flatulence. After taking these for 5 days I noticed a marked reduction and am really pleased. However I also read that they can help the body to improve absorption of B12 to increase energy, and act as in inflammatory for painful swollen glands and osteo arthritis. As yet I haven't noticed any changes however it's early days. I'll update this review in a month or 2.

you will get a better price for the same ingredients. However all is great so far and no issue. The package arrived on time and everything was in order as expected. I will test it and try it in the next couple of weeks then I will confirm how truly and efficient it will be.
