12v relays work with raspi zero 2w
I verified the 12v relays work well with no customization necessary for the raspberry pi zero 2w (2021 model). I initially bought the 4 pack and then bought more (10 pack). These relays are nice and compact for standoff stacking in project boxes. I don't write reviews normally but I tried several different relays before settling on this one.

Dumb design needs much better documentation!
This product works but it has one kind of stupid design flaw. More complete documentation could resolve the issue but as documented, the opto-isolator is useless! In order to actually isolate the relay power, you have to use the center pin of the 3-pin jumper. If the IN input is active low, the jumper pin is connected to +5V of the isolated device. If you want active high input, connect the input to the center pin and connect IN to ground of the isolated device. If you want more information, I would suggest contacting the seller since they provided such useless documentation. By the way, there are many copies of this circuit on Amazon and they are all equally dumb.
