When you are hunting, and need to keep your hands warm even when wet, you just cannot beat wool.

Military wool mitten serves the purpose it was bought for!

These are warm, are a great deal for the price, the trigger finger is awesome, but they are a little bigger than the picture makes them look. I use them for driving and running in cold, snowy, weather (20 degrees F or lower). I wanted wool, but didn't want to drop 30$ for a pair merino wool so these are great. The drawback is that these are pretty ugly and the wool is coarse.

They work great for my son with CP, he can get thumb & finger in & drive his wheelchair & keep his hands warm

Haven't had cold weather to test these since buying, but they should serve my purposes well. I'm a militia member and frequently train and shoot outdoors in the elements. The design seems great for such purposes and wool material should keep my hands nice and warm even once they get wet. For the price, they should be worth their weight in gold!
