Excellent! Worked just as I had hoped. Loved the remote!

This is an EXCELLENT first tripod! When I began searching for my first tripod, I didn't expect to find one this good at this price that also comes with a remote. I'm blown away! It's very easy to bend the legs for any reason I may need, the rubbery foam on them is very comfortable to the touch, this rubbery foam stuff has excellent grip, it's very easy to attach the smart phone holder, it's very easy to put my 6.1" iPhone 11 in it and to remove it (use the phone to push up the top part for inserting and removing), and I love that I can tighten the ball and socket adjustment to lock in the tilt and swiveling. I also love that with the ball and socket loosened all the way, it's still tight enough to hold the phone in place while still being very easy to make adjustments. Note: At first, mine was still swiveling easily and it took me an embarrassingly long time to figure out that I just didn't have the holder and washer screwed all the way down together. Oops! :) I guess I forgot that part because I was excited to start using my first tripod. Anyway, so yeah, with everything tightened, this thing is very solid and sturdy. I love this tripod! The reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is, the battery compartment is too roomy for the battery which causes the battery to disconnect at times. It's just not pressed firmly enough against the battery terminal. This occasional disconnect from the terminals causes the remote to lose the Bluetooth connection. Fortunately, the solution is easy: I folded a small piece of plastic film from the packaging and placed it between the battery and the lid, and now the battery is 100% secure which means I no longer have any disconnects. I just remembered, there's one more thing I can include as a reason for giving it 4 out of 5 stars: the buttons on the remote are loud. So, I have to edit out the click at the end every video. For what I'm doing, the click is too loud. To end on a more positive note. this would easily get all 5 stars if it weren't for these 2 little things. I love this tripod!

At first I thought the remote was missing, I did find it. The tripod is nice.

This tripod is definitely one of the best out there especially for the price. It handles my iPhone 8+ and GoPro very well (not sure about digital cameras as I don't own one) and even comes with a free mount for the GoPro and other action cameras. The Bluetooth remote also works very well and is handy for taking group photos. It also comes with a carry bag to hold all of the different mounts that come with the tripod. The flexible legs allow it to be positioned nearly anywhere. The tripod is extremely light so windy conditions may be a problem but besides this it's a great product.

I purchased this tripod when it was on sale for $13.98 CAD. Awesome deal! The tripod has a standard 1/4 inch screw for attaching any camera or phone (using the included phone mount) or GoPro (using included GoPro mount attachment). It comes with a bluetooth remote for snapping pictures or for recording videos from afar. It’s easy to connect the remote to your phone - just turn the switch on the remote to “on” (the blue light will start blinking), then turn on your phone’s bluetooth and connect to “UBeesize”. You can then use the remote to take pictures simply by pressing the “iOS” button for iPhones, or the “Android” button for Android phones. The tripod itself has a quality feel to it. It’s very light-weight, yet feels sturdy enough to hold my phone stable. It has rubber-like feet that adds to the stability. I’ve had a GorillaPod-type tripod before that loosened at the joints. I haven’t bent the legs yet on this tripod but I’m sure it would work better than the GorillaPod tripods. When I purchased this tripod, the pictures showed the phone mount had two holes (two ways to attach to the tripod). The phone mount that came with the tripod is actually a newer version that has only one hole (see the product’s updated picture at the top). I didn’t mind; I actually like the newer version since it folds to a more compact size, and feels that it holds my iPhone stable. But I messaged UBeesize and they sent me the old one too. Great service! Great tripod, highly recommended! I would definitely buy it at the current $18.98 price too.

Material quality is poor, size doesn't fit phablets (note 10+ or similar devices) in picture it looks much bigger and sturdier than it actually is. Refund was approved instantly upon request, but now it's the 4th day and the money hasn't been deposited back yet! I don't recommend buying it despite it being one of the cheapest
