Hi Anthony - The stand is 30 inches tall, 25 inches wide, and 12 3/4 inches in length. It fits my 20 Gallon tank perfectly.

No. This is for a standard 20 gallon tall not the long.

Can this hold two tanks? A 20g high on the top and a 10g on the lowest shelf? I would take off the middle one or not attach it.

This is a well built stand and is very sturdy so I don't see why not. I probably would not put it on the middle shelf but the top and bottom shelves should not be a problem.

IS this solid wood or particle wood with facing on the outside, will it hold a V twin engine? What is the max weight load?

It is particle wood with facing. Sorry I do not know how much a v twin engine weighs. I have a 20 gal aquarium on it. It’s pretty sturdy, but not for something real heavy and tall. Mine is a little wobbly. It scratches easy too. Over all for the price it’s not bad.
