Make sure to create a nice and tight seal and they should create a surprisingly powerful stream.

DIY Soda Machine
I bought these for a diy soda machine. They did not put out enough pressure running at 6 volts. I hooked them up to 12 volts and they worked perfect. They don't run a long time so I doubt it will hurt them. Can't beat the price.
