Unfortunately, there is interference with the 2-way emergency radio to where I am looking for another option with other companies. Without the interference, I would give a higher rating.

I easily made a really nice grill light with this: I removed the magnets and the end lights. I then loosened the screws on the 2 main light bars, and rotated them so that they were pointing "up." I applied some 3M 5200 to the end of each just to be safe, then tightened the screws. I then made 2 brackets with scrap metal I had lying around, and fastened the light in front of my radiator, facing forward. Wiring is run back into the cab. No welding or cutting. You do have to be a little handy. The reason for grill is that rooftop isn't legal unless you're fire chief, where I am. Plus, it's much less obtrusive looking. It's very bright; at night, you can see it reflect off street signs 50 yards away, and every car has pulled aside for me so far, even in broad daylight. I'll try to update if I have issues with it.

I am a volunteer firefighter. I run this on the top of my truck and this little light bar is insanely bright at night!! and well visible during the day!

I have had this light bar for over a year and have no complaints. The magnetic suction cups hold extremely well! The light intensity is very good. I like the ability to choose many different patterns. I would recommend this product!
