Yes. I have mine on a feit plug on a schedule.

Q: If I connect this light to an outlet with an on/off switch, will it come back on at the light temperature/brightness that it was set to?

I just tested this. It will remember the dimness setting, but not which tone. I prefer the 2nd/middle "warm" tone and it always goes to the 1st setting but does remember the brightness level. Hope that makes sense. It's a great modern lamp.
