Got this as a gift for my nephew. He used this once, made sure to wipe it off and it still rusted. May not be worth the price. I would go more expensive next time.

All I can say it's junk

For emergency situations, this shovel will do what it’s designed to do. But for long-term reliability and trying to exist in a survival situation, I would look elsewhere. This will stay in my car and be there just in case a situation arises where I need a multi-use tool. It’s perfect for a bug out bag as it’s thin, lightweight and doesn’t take up too much space. The shovel itself is decently made, think of the term “military grade” and that explains it all. I took everything out and put it together and it felt flimsy as if it wasn’t going to hold up if I tried to do anything with the blades or shovel something hard. It comes with a lot of different attachments which is great. What I did not like is how I couldn’t completely disassemble the handle when putting it back into the pouch. I wanted to have the cover flap lay a little bit lower.
