this product is very good, at first they provided MS office trial version, on that caused difficult to work on it, later after several efforts I above to contact to the customer care, who asked me to install an ultra viewer app, after installing the same they viewed all the apps and documents and others available in system, asked me to deactivate the antivirus app and solved the problem, it is advised to don't ask the customers to install such type of ultra viewer app which is always usable in online frauds, also at the time of solving the issue, don't open the files, photos and apps available in the computer.

This has resulted in a frustratingly slow user experience.In summary, my overall experience with NewJaisa's PC has been marred by hardware issues, lack of effective support, and performance issues even after replacement. I would advise potential buyers to exercise caution when considering products from this dealer.

It is a good product and their customers service is very good. I had an issue and contacted them and they right away send me a technician to check what's the problem. My SMPS was defected and they took it for repairing and fixed it within a week. I am very happy with their service

It is a fraud with defective item and not working when power button is put on the screen goes out black reflecting msg "standby mode" on the screen. Kindly pick it up for return and refund the payment.Request for return has been registered and scheduled to pick up on 07-06-2024 and subsequently scheduled for 9th June, then for 9th and thereafter for 12th June but none has come to pick up the defective item. This is a fraud with the customer and if no refund is given, a complaint shall be lodged at the appropriate authority/ court in the matter for which the Amazon shall wholly responsible.
