I’m only on my first glass, but the initial impression is great—good flavor and not salty at all. Just a heads‑up: they fizz (at least in carbonated water), so don’t add them to a full glass. I learned that the hard way. Besides making your own electrolyte beverage from scratch, this is the best rehydration option out there. Liquid IV is too overpowering. Dripdrop comes in sugar free too. It is the best.
