So far this is the only product I’ve used that actually works and keeps me regular. I’ve been spending $40-$50 on Plexus for over a year trying to stay regular only to get mediocre results and still struggle with constipation. This product is not like a laxative, there are no cramps, but it does work well and I now use the bathroom daily.

This is my go-to for keeping me regular. It has a bit of an after-smell about it because of the herbs used, but I prefer to use it because it is all natural, vegetarian, and contains probiotics. It doesn't always work the same day or even the next, but I have problems with constipation, so, it might just be me. Try it for yourself to see how it works for you is the best advice I can offer.
