I do not like sauerkraut. And I'm pretty much impartial toward curry
I purchased this at a local store and not on Amazon. Now I'm looking for a less expensive option to purchase more. In general, I do not like sauerkraut. And I'm pretty much impartial toward curry. But there is something about the combination in this jar that is a knockout for me. I like it very much.

Super curry
I have eaten fermented veggies for some time now. My regular supplier stopped making the product I buy which lead me to try this as a substitute. At first I was taken back by the very curry taste. After a few times of going back to it, I found myself craving it regularly. Now I love it. If you hate curry flavor don't buy it but if you desire that taste or want to spice it up by adding red pepper to the batch for a fiery curry kick, then this is the go to jar.

It has a nice but not overpowering curry flavor
This is absolutely delicious. After trying and really loving this product, I will seek out additional Wildbrine sauerkraut varieties. It has a nice but not overpowering curry flavor. Like all fermented foods, it is salty, but the taste is so nice that a little goes a long way.

An awesome experience
This stuff could choke a goat. It is a good sauerkraut mixed with cauliflower and spices selected to provide the odor of burning rubber. On the plus side, it did not clog the disposal and the containers are recyclable.
