Not one to leave reviews, but I am amazed. Chat GPT lead me to these patches, I asked it to find me the best on the market for deep, cystic acne. You can actually feel the micro-darts as they press into your skin (not painful but you feel them), left them (I had two EVIL massive cystic spots on my chin) on for 7 hours and was so happy in the reduction. Had they fully gone? No. Had they shrunk massively, yes! I ended up doing three patches on each spot (as I say, they were big and angry!) and to the naked eye there is now no visible bump. I can’t quite believe it. I can feel a slight lump still underneath but I’ll take that any day. These types of spots usually take 2-3 weeks (+) to reach this stage and that’s me using Benzyl Peroxide and other harsh creams that make my skin dry and peely. With these I did it over a weekend and no dryness. Pricey in comparison to other products, yes. (I spent £10 on the first 4 patches then came back and bulk purchased more after the amazing results of the first application). But so worth it, because they actually blooming work. When you break it down, I probably spent about £7.50ish on each spot getting them reduced down. I’d rather pay that any day than walk around with monstrous cystic acne protruding out of my face. I also love the cleansing wipes that come with them, would even buy those on their own. Excited to try more products from this range. 100% recommend!

Very good product, I wish it was more affordable! If you have a painful pimple, or if you want to get rid of your pimples as quickly as possible, this is the way to go, the inflammation will start to go away overnight.

I’ve been using the ZitSticka KILLA Extra Strength patches for a few weeks now and they’ve honestly made a real difference in how I manage breakouts. These patches are easy to apply and actually work. Right away I noticed how firm they feel. They stick really well and don’t slide around, even when I’ve slept or worn makeup over them. The medical grade adhesive stays put and I never worry about them peeling off during the day. When I get a spot that’s angry or painful, I put a patch on overnight and by morning it’s noticeably calmer and smaller. The extra strength formula seems to get right to the core of the blemish. I’ve had stubborn pimples shrink much faster than I expected and those painful red ones are way less inflamed. I like that they’re pretty discreet too. You can barely see them on the skin, which means I can wear them during the day without feeling self conscious. Overall these feel like a higher quality version of traditional pimple patches and they actually deliver results. They’re not cheap but for the relief and faster healing I’ve gotten, they’re worth it. I’d recommend them to anyone dealing with occasional breakouts or painful spots.

This didn’t work, at all and actually made my skin worse. I’m not sure where the positive reviews are coming from honestly. I had a nasty pimple and put one in the daytime and took it off around 6 hours later when the needles disappeared. The pimple looked red, angry and it didn’t take any of the gunk out. I tried it over night to see if that may be better as it would be on for a longer period of time but in the morning it had actually fallen off and gotten stuck in my hair, and then when I tried again another night on my pillow! Can’t recommend these at all. I’m going to stick to my normal pimple patches.

I had high hopes for the ZitSticka KILLA acne patch, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype for me. I did notice a slight reduction in the size of the spot after using it overnight, but nothing dramatic—and definitely not the kind of results I’d expect for the price. The microdart technology is an interesting concept, and it might work better on early-stage spots, but for me, the difference was minimal. For the price, I think there are more affordable acne patches out there that perform just as well or better. Wouldn’t repurchase, but it wasn’t a total letdown either.

These are the only spot stickers that help reduce those under the surface spots/cysts. Required repeat applications but far superior to anything else on the market, especially when worn overnight.

Was very hopeful for these as they claim to be able to ‘kill’ an emerging zit.. unfortunately the claims are not true. I used 2 patches—the recommended amount for ‘harder to kill zits.’ 1 overnight, and 1 for 5ish hours while working from home. The new blind pimple that I could feel starting to form beneath my skin is still emerging. I’m going to try using a third patch (so basically 3/4 of the box) but I don’t have high hopes anymore. Might just be good for regular zits, not blind ones. Definitely better ones out there though for a fraction of the price if that’s the case.

Expensive but worth it if you're willing to spend the money. It really does get rid of it overnight, especially whiteheads. Other pimples that are just red, it may reduce them, but it won't get rid of them overnight.

I bought these hoping they would solve my problems of deep, under the surface pimples, reduce their size and stop the pain, but I found they didn't really do much. After having them on over night, they were still painful, slightly less inflamed but still as stubborn as ever. Nothing changed in my skin after using them for a few weeks which was quite disappointing. Felt as though I was paying for the packaging rather than the product tbh. There are many other better and more affordable options that I find to be more effective.

These pimple patches are magic! I'm not joking. Out of all the pimple patches I have tried-- these are the best. They are a bit expensive but they work. I only use them for emergencies or when I have a really big and angry zit that needs some TLC. I really like how they come individually packaged and with a tea-tree sheet. It helps to make it stick better and it's more hygienic. I put these on overnight and by morning it is either mostly gone or significantly diminished. Honestly, I know this review sounds made-up or over hyped but I really REALLY like these patches. As an adult who has dealt with acne for more than half of her life, I know how insecure and embarrassing it can be to have this large angry demon on your face. It feels like everyone is staring at your zit. But these really help! Life changing to know if I wake up with a zit in the morning, I have something (other than makeup) to deal with these face demons.
