New moms this is a great product to have. Easy to clean, easy to use, and has allowed me to extend my cooking ability to my child in a way that I wouldn't have been able to without this product. I purchased while on sale on amazon days and I am glad that I did. I would have paid full price if it hadn't been on sell. I store under the counter as it was a little more compact I would be able to leave out on the counter however it is not. It is not compact enough to travel with. The value of this product is worth the money. Moms wanting to make your baby food, you need this product!

I needed to leave a review because I absolutely love this machine. I’ve been making baby food for my daughter since she was 4 months and she’s now 14 months and I use this about 2-3 times a week and it’s durable and simple to use. As you make recipes you’ll learn amount for desired texture. I make apples and bananas, apples and raspberry, green peas, sweet potatoes, yellow potatoes, mixed veggies, carrots. For the harder veggies like carrots or sweet potatoes I put it on the meat setting (30 mins). You just wash your produce fill the water chamber and select the type of food and leave it alone. There are 4 parts to clean super easy and I highly recommend.

Edit: Eventually, the company reached out and offered to provide a replacement with their newer model in accordance with their warranty. The replacement has given us no issues. It steams and blends fine, and it purees well. It's unfortunate they removed the feature that automatically blends after steaming, but it still works well. For the price, it is a decent puree machine that appears as if it will hold up fairly well.Original Review:After 3 uses and cleaning per instructions, it makes a high-pitched squealing sound when operating. Manufacturer is unresponsive to emails and phone calls for assistance, and Amazon Support will not connect me to the seller. For the amount you're paying, find a different brand.

And they were very empathetic, and when your a tired mom...that's refreshing 😁 they are also sending me a brand new unit that should arrive today, so from the day I contacted them to the day I will receive a new one is just under a week...that's incredible to me! 5 star customer service, and as long as this new unit works as it should then it will be a 5 star all the way around for me! It's such a timer saver for making baby food and I LOVED it when it worked!!! Excited to get the replacement today!Original post:Bought last year, just started using about a month ago when my baby turned 6 months. It worked AWESOME...at first. Perfect and time saving probably the first 5 times I used it! Then it started glitching during every use. Wouldn't do a full steam session. Sometimes it just starts beeping and the numbers on the screen and just continuously rolling. Thought it was going to be an awesome product. Maybe other people have had better experience? I'm going to contact manufacturer and see if maybe I just got a faulty one.
