Remove patch after a few days, careful of hair pulls. I sometimes use a 1/2 patch also.
This stuff works great. Although i am “male” it works better than other products i’v e used.I use it spareingly but it does work. About a year use w/ No adverse effects.

Amazing product!
This is an amazing product! I feel normal again. I have been having worsening problems, and bought this out of desperation. I did not think it would work, but decided to try it in case it did. The patch is very thin, and sounds like paper wrinkling when moved. I applied it not expecting much. The effect was obviously not instantaneous, but took a few days for the full effect. The medicine in the patch lasts four days, as listed on package. Showering with this on is NOT a problem. The patches remain adhered to the skin. Like Band-Aids, the edges of the patch catch fiber/lint and dye from clothing, so the edges of the patch have that on it. This does not cause the patch to lose adhesion. While showering, I washed this part adhesive using a nail brush, and the patch remained on. I am still amazed! I had been using AZO before purchasing and using this. It made a difference but I still had several problems throughout the day. Since using this, I am doing well. I still am careful about using the lavatory, but do not experience the spontaneous leakage. I am thrilled to encourage people to use this product!

They work very well when they stay attached.
The product works well in my opinion when it stays attached. I have had 2 of them fall off in the shower. I believe that they cost to much for that to be happening. I really do like how they have helped me with my incontinence problem though.

It works.
It works. I don’t have an issue with leaking if I sneeze or jump. I have a problem with getting to the toilet quickly enough. Once my brain decides I need to pee, I’m going RIGHT NOW. This patch gives me time to go or wait to go like a younger person. Yes, it’s a big patch. Yes, the packaging requires scissors. It’s fiddly and if you take lava hot showers it’s probably going to come off before four days. So keep a small pair of scissors near it, and turn the heat down some on your shower. That hot water isn’t good for your old skin anyway. It’s all worth it not to pee your pants. Seriously.

Good product with one problem...
First, this product really does work! It helps to remove the urgency of OAB which has been ruining my life for the last 13 years. I removed two stars because the adhesive for the patch is not strong enough and after the first shower the patch started to come off (you're supposed to wear the patch for 4 days then remove.)However, the patch starts to come off after the first day. Hopefully the manufacturer will eventually address the issue and provide a stronger adhesive. I used a strong medical grade tape to keep the patch in place for the remaining days.Definitely try this product if you suffer from OAB. It has been a huge help for me. Highly recommend!

Be Aware of Possible Side Effects
I wanted this to work so much. I've dealt with an overactive bladder for most of my life and it's a constant struggle. Any kind of trip includes a process of me trying to make sure I have a bathroom available wherever I'm at. Long road trips are the worst. I'm in my mid 30s now and it seems to only be getting worse, so when I saw Oxytrol existed I was so very happy. I didn't take much time to consider the side effects - I just wanted relief. But I feel an obligation to share how Oxytrol affected me, which wasn't in the way I had hoped.Applying the patch was a little tricky. I finally got it on my hip with a slight wrinkle, but it stuck very well and I didn't have much of a worry about it falling off. Within a few hours I felt some slight relief in my urgency, but I was still going regularly. I was really hopeful about things. But then night came. I had some of the most wicked nightmares I've ever had in my life. Instead of waking up having to urinate, I was waking up from really, really terrifying dreams. I was afraid to go back to sleep. Morning finally came and I had a sore throat and felt strangely cold.I took off the patch immediately. Even afterwards while sitting at my desk trying to work I was getting strange 'flashes' in my brain, almost like I was still dreaming. I also felt a sense of anxiety and fear. I then tried to wash off the area from the patch with soap and water in case it was still lingering on my skin.It was one of the worst side effects from something I've ever had. I don't know why the patch affected me like this, but I felt a need to share my story so that others can at least be aware that it has the potential to cause nasty side effects for some of us and to proceed with caution (unlike I did). Obviously it seems to work for most people. I'm disappointed it didn't work for me.

Rash side effects
Left me a rash and only stayed sticky for 2 days, did help a bit with bladder urgency but took patch off and still have a red rash 3 days later
