It’s a very simple, perfectly explained guide to help you understand yourself and how to become a better person by increasing your awareness and level of consciousness. This journal is for anyone, not just for those struggling or looking for a self help book. It is a tool to help enhance anyone’s life. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED;)

Following the exercise, I stopped losing my glasses, cancelled my feelings of fear (and many other negative feelings. It has changed my life. Go David Hawkins!

Good Book .....good insight for helping you to Let Go.

Sounds like a good book. This is an interactive book( need friends to do the exercises) well, I don't have any so this is a useless book for me.

Haven't gotten to use it but I have the book and I love it!
