Wow, had I known how good these units really are I would have purchased long ago! Like many I had reservations over reliability, performance, noise and ease of installation BUT all exceeded my expectations. Chanfok has done a wonderful job of producing a fan light that offers variable brightness, colour tones and genuinely effective fan performance at every level. The unit when spinning is secure and virtually noiseless, with the rotary speeds of 1-6 producing more than ample breeze. Having the option to reverse the spin is superb feature for assisting heating a space rather than cooling, with the 1/2 hour timer options a welcome bonus. All features are operable from the handy included remote control, the smartphone app (optional download) or via Alexa depending on the model. Quality is superb too and this care extends to the fabulous English instruction guide and the ease of installation with all fixings supplied. If in any doubt, hire an electrician, but for those more confident the wiring and ceiling fixing is EASY. Wire connections (Live, Neutral & Ground) are made via supplied twist on wire nuts so it couldn’t be simpler. Trust me, I have no affiliation with Chanfok whatsoever, I’m just an incredibly impressed and happy customer who unreservedly can recommend this product to those still unsure. For value for money, fitting, size and power this is terrific option you can’t ignore… FAN-tastic!

After looking at a few different models I decided to go for the Chanfok 20" fan. The price is slightly more expensive than competitors, however it seemed as though a lot of reviews on cheaper models were free products given out to test. The Chanfok 20" fan is amazing. I really love gadgets and this is definitely one of my best purchases to date. It looks sleek and modern. The build quality is excellent, and despite what other reviews might say, it's very easy to install, and most certainly doesn't require 2 people. As long as you leave 2 of the screws in the base (the 2 screws that go into the twist slots - you'll understand what i mean if you buy one) then you won't have an issue. You can use these to support the fan while installing the other 2 screws. In total it took me 10 minutes to install. I would recommend purchasing a wire block connector as they only include connector caps in the box, which i don't think are a very reliable method of connecting 2 wires together. Luckily there happened to be one in the existing light fitting that I was replacing. The functionality of the fan is excellent. You can adjust the temperature and brightness of the light (which goes very bright!). You can also quick select day and night modes. There are 6 fan speeds in total, and the fan is reversible, meaning it can blow air down, as well as sucking it up. The app was very easy to connect to. Simply switch the fan on at the wall switch, then press the Bluetooth button in the app within 5 seconds to pair. It pairs instantly and works very well. It's very responsive with no lag at all. This is not a paid review, nor did I receive the product for free. Overall I'd highly recommend this fan. You could say "I'm a big fan" of this product.

So the item works and can be used with Alexa via the smartlife or Tuya app. Helpful it has a remote so not dependent on an internet connection too. The remote has too many buttons and not clear if you hold the buttons down or as I found out you have to repeatedly press. It is bright which is great but cannot dim beyond 25%. It resets to default when switched off rather than last state. The fan is great if you are underneath and on forward but the range is limited. In reverse it works but most people will not realise. Not super quiet but not loud either.

Pleased with this overall. The light is nice and bright, but can also be dimmed, and colour temperature can be altered to your preference. The fan on full speed is fairly strong, similar to a typical freestanding fan. You don't feel the full force unless directly underneath it, but it does give nice circulation around my office on very hot days such as today when it's 31 degrees outside and 28 inside my office. It works seamlessly with alexa and I have set it up so the light comes on with the rest of my smart lights in the room upon voice command, and I also set up the fan on a separate voice command. The remote control is a nice touch, although it seems overcomplicated for what should be a simple remote. This could have been simplified, while still maintaining the same functionality. However, once you are used to it, it is fine. I generally only use alexa, unless I want to change the brightness of the light or fan speed which can only be done via the remote or smart life app. Overall would recommend. Wouldn't say it's good value as it's not a cheap item, but I am satisfied with the purchase.

Just installed this fan today in my bedroom it’s been great so far very quite compared to my tower fan, very easy to install apart from one issue was the wiring one was brown and one was blue on the motor control box it said the blue was Live and brown was Neutral which isn’t usually the case so I wired it up the way it should be blue to neutral and brown to live/line and has been working perfect. It is very good quality and the design is very trendy Would definitely recommend for those summer months

Absolutely l9ve that ceiling fan, the lighting settings are great woth the remote and on your phone. Actually has power so you do feel the air coming down on you and it has a pretty design. Was rather easy to assemble but can be tricky if you know nothing about electric but definitely worth the price

Ottimo prodotto. Semplice il montaggio, io da solo l’ho montato in meno di mezz’ora. Non necessita della seconda fase ma si collega semplicemente con i soli tre fili fase neutro e terra , il funzionamento della sola luce o solo del ventilatore si può scegliere dal telecronista, dotato di diverse funzionalità come luce fredda , luce calda , dimmerabile e ben 6 velocità di ventilazione. Suggerisco come da mia foto , di fissare subito la staffa di fissaggio e con l’aiuto di una fascetta tenere appeso il lampadario pet il collegamento. Successivamente tagliare la fascetta e fissarlo ci le sue viti al supporto . Si può fare Davide soli . Ottima luminosità e silenziosità. Davvero bello.

J’ai commandé une pour ma chambre et puis c’était tellement facile à installé et ça marché bien que j’ai commandé encore 2 pour les autres chambres aussi.. Très contente de mes achats.
