I purchased two sets of these on June 22, 2014 and I paid $60 for the two sets. Today is October 14, 2014. I filled the bags with sand and placed them around the legs of my canopy. I have included photos of what they look like today, because you probably wouldn't believe me. If you touch them they disintegrate in your hand. You can see what will happen, so you decide

We were planning to use these at an outdoor event to secure our tent poles, but ended up having find another way once I realized when I opened the package how small and unsubstantial they were. I couldn't take the chance they wouldn't hold it down since it was a windy day, so had to use extra tie downs. I would certainly be willing to try a larger capacity (therefore bulkier and heavier sand) model if they come out with one since it would undoubtedly be more effective. If there had been a breeze at all - not even a wind , it seems likely that it would have lifted up even filled with sand

After 1 use, one of bags has a hole in it already and is leaking sand. The seam area has separated.The straps are cumbersome to tie. The lengths of each strap are not the same, some are shorter than others. Due to this, it is impossible to create a quick release knot. A strapping system with buckles, Velcro or just anything else that enables the bags to removed and installed easier would make more sense.I will never buy more or recommend this item.

Cheap, cheap, cheap...a complete waste of money and time. I had to buy sand to fill the bags, and then had to buy even more sand to fill trash bags to hold my canopies down because the the 4 pcs outdoor canopy tent weight sand bags didn't do the job. They're supposed to be approximately 10lbs each, which would give you a total of 20 lbs after filling both bags. Once filled, you can't move them because either the loop that you carry the bags with will tear, in which case the sand pours out from the middle, or the seam on the bottom rips and the sand pours out. I was setting up for a party on cement, and found myself constantly cleaning up sand. It was very frustrating. For the 2 that ripped in the middle, I had to go back to Home Depot and buy double the sandbags so I could place on each side of the canopy pole.If they were being sold as a 1 time use for perhaps $5.00 for 4 pc set, then perhaps they'd be worth it. But for over $17, it was a waste of money and a waste of my time, particularly while setting up for my party. An awful product. The seller requested pictures...we'll see what happens once I send the pictures. Problem is, I work long hours and rarely remember to take the pictures once I get home. So I'm currently still stuck with this awful product until I can get pictures to the seller. At this rate, I'll never even purchase from this seller again.

Just did not expect the small poles they were not sturdy,quality of the poles was just unexceptionable I used these for a family reunion it took time to assemble could have been doing other things besides reading those instructions thanks but wasted my money
