Waste of Money
I thought this charger would be really good when I purchased it in June. Four months I've had it and it's not used every day and this past week it has stopped charging. Seems to be a problem with port. If you get charger in and hold it a specific way it'll charge but otherwise it won't. So aggravated with this battery charge case.

Not Made For Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra
The one I received does not fit my Galaxy Note 20, 5G Ultra. I'm returning it. Feb 2022. It's not made for the Ultra

Wrongly advertised as 7000 mah battery power
Battery life is not good as it advertised .As charge only one time after thet no more power in battery

Not made for galaxy note 20
the port for the battery is too short for the galaxy note 20. when you try to use the battery pack it doesn't work because usb c is too short and causes it to go in and out of charging

Heavy case
The case would be great if it worked properly. Turn on the backup battery and it keeps connecting and disconnecting, constantly. Try plugging in a cable and it acts like I am plugging it in and unplugging it until I get fed up and just leave it unplugged. The qi charging works though..

Battery turns off/on randomly. It's gonna ruin my phone. It turns on/off repeatedly during the day
Horrible product that turns on randomly and turns itself off for a few seconds then back on again and also doesn't allow for fast charging. Don't waste your money.
