A No-Brainer
I upgraded 24 6" can lights with these. The old bulb setup has bugged me since we moved into the house almost 4 years ago, with their old / discolored trim pieces and bulbs that never actually sat perpendicular to the ceiling and looked a bit wonky. Found these online and thought for the amazing price and strong reviews, it's gotta be an upgrade. And it sure is. The look is so much cleaner. Most of our ceilings have no texture, and they sit perfectly flush on those. Our kitchen has a light texture and so doesn't look PERFECT but I'm just nitpicking at the obvious and it's 1000% better than the old bulb setup regardless.I've seen a couple comments about people having a couple lights DOA, but all 24 of mine are good.I have these across 4 areas, three each with a Lutron Sunnata dimmer and one single bulb on a switch. One room/dimmer has 9 fixtures, and I have zero issues with dimming or flicker. I had to reset the low end of the dim range on each Sunnata dimmer but that's easy, just search online for the manual.Installation was a snap once I figured it out; the instructions could have better depicted where the springs needed to go. I found a video, just search "sunco can replacement installation video" and you'll have your pick. Once I watched the video, I would say it was less than 2 minutes to replace each one. For reference, I used the E26 base adapters. Super convenient. A DIY novice could handle this (with the support of the video instructions as the paper instructions aren't great). With the 24 cans I upgraded, I came across 3 different types of can and had no issues with any. One had four "ears" that I had to bend out with a screwdriver in order to trap the springs. A few had two full C-shaped ears that were already in position. The majority of the cans had what I'll call nostrils that the springs slipped into. I don't foresee issues with holding power on any of the can types I dealt with, but the nostril ones are STRONG. Like, in the event I need to pull them down I'm going to need to figure out how to pry them off the ceiling far enough to get my fingers in there without marking up the ceiling. Two additional benefits I wasn't expecting:1) The old LED bulbs I had in the cans had a low buzz to them. These do not.2) As I was changing these over, I realized that since most of our cans protrude up into the attic space, I was probably losing some heat from the house in winter with drafts going around the bulbs and up through the cans into the attic. No more with these! Probably a negligible difference but I'll take it.

Excellent product!
Very pleased with this product! Very simple to install and the lights can be "tuned" to allow a yellow or white illumination. Well packaged and has a very clean look.

Almost perfect
These can replacement leds fit perfectly with no modification and look great. Install was a breeze and the light output is amazing. These lights claim they are dimmable but mine flicker when you attempt to dim them so that loses a star. They also flicker when first powered up on the dimmer switch. Other than those things, these lights are a good replacement for your old can lights.

Nice Cost Effective Update
We are updating the kitchen in our (new to us) house that was built in the 90s. It had some can lights that were a little grimy. These were a cost effective upgrade and they look nice. Much cheaper than getting new bulbs and replacing the whole old can too.We did the cool white tone and it is great. Perfect level of kitchen brightness and they don’t have that weird blue color like daylight white does.

Pleased with purchase
Replacements for my current lighting. Exactly what I needed. Quality seems nice and I really like the dimmable feature. Something my previous lights did not have. These actually come with the screw in electrical feature. I'm not super smart about this stuff so I don't know why but if you need those they have them.

New design does not work with Halo H7 cans from Home Depot
I purchased an earlier version of this light, and it fit into the H7 cans nice and tight up against the drywall. These newer designs changed the way that the springs attach to the trim, and the trim piece can no longer snug up tight to the drywall. The manufacturer emailed me to suggest that I try rotating or bending the springs so that they work with my fixtures, but after fiddling with it quite a bit, I can't find a way to make it work. Math keeps getting in the way!The issue is that the trim is sized so that it can work in a 5" or 6" can, and in order to make that work, the trim itself is much less than 6" in diameter. As a result, where the springs attach to the trim in the new design, they are somewhere between 4-5" apart. The c-clips in the can are more like 6" apart. When the trim is pushed up into the can, that 1" difference in diameter begins to force the spring to make an angle between the can and the trim. By the time the trim is pushed in as far as it can go, the angle needed between the can and the trim is too steep to allow the springs to fully pull the trim up. It fights against it.The old design had little adjustable mounts for the springs, and you could extend the springs away from the trim itself so that there was less of an angle to overcome. Worked really well. The manufacturer tells me they changed the design (probably to save money, now there are fewer parts), and that I should just try bending the springs. There appears to be no way to do that and at the same time have the spring do the job it needs to do. I am going to have to find a way to bend or remount the c-clips inside my cans to make it seem more like a 5" can.I have no idea if these will work with other recessed cans, but they aren't going to work for you if you have the 6" H7 cans from Home Depot.
