Better than the Tomcat Product
This trap is well built and has a very sensitive release. Why I think it is better than the Tomcat like-product is because the Tomcat release mechanism broke on 2x units (identically) after one use each, whereas this trap worked flawlessly and reset flawlessly after use. I should also note that this caught a chipmunk on the first try within an hour using some bird seed as bait.

These don't work!
These traps have not caught a single rat in the six months I have used them. They have been tripped multiple times, but they obviously are not strong enough to do any damage to the rats and mice that trip them. I have a couple TomCat Rat Snap Traps that have worked well for years - and still work well. I decided to get some more to put in other locations around our property and tried to save some money by buying these Swtroom traps. But it turns out, I wasted my money on these cheap knock-offs. Never again!

Absolutely perfect.
Got them yesterday afternoon and by the evening I'd already caught 2 large rats by my fruit trees. Very happy with the traps. They are so much better than the wood traps for clean up and the bait cups are easy to load from the bottom of the trap so you don't worry about pinched fingers.

Does the job
What can I say it worked killed the rat the same night I put the trap down. The trap itself is very sturdy plastic showed no signs of breaking , the spring is very strong and the quick release is like a hair trigger very fast, also very easy to set up.

Does its job quickly and as humanely as possible
After a terrible and unsuccessful experience with humane trapping I was forced to buy kill traps for the rats in my back garden. These traps are very powerful and excellent for a quick, clean kill. Would recommend as a humane option to pest control.

Rat Trap
They are fine but since we have had them set up no sign of rat, I did note that the trap is very sensitive as one of my thumbs found out, will now wait for the rat to reappear

Really pleased with product.
Excellent product and good value for money. Easy to use. Had used poisons without success. Caught 2 rats in 2 days with these traps. Would highly recommend. Just simply follow the instructions that come with them.

Got mouse within 6 Hours
Had other traps in the house but they weren't working. But with this trap we managing to get the mouse within 6 hours of putting them out. (Used Snickers as our bate)
