I did follow recipes and result was good, but you have to make adjustments to your local flour or yeast. Not all oven are the same. You need to keep that in mind and make your own adjustments. For some more advanced information I had google for videos. Overall it was good buy. Review: I didn’t think I would like this book as much as I did. I purchased it because it was on sale at a great price. It’s full of instructions and tips on baking. Many of the recipes have step-by-step instructions. And for those who like pictures there are plenty of those too. It is a very large and heavy book so be prepared.
