Amazing uke!
Have had this ukelele for almost 2 weeks now and it is amazing. It sounds great, looks beautiful, and I just want to play it all the time. Comfortable action and great tone all across the fretboard.I have been playing guitars for years and always thought of a uke as a toy, but this is so much more. It has a really warm, but also bright tone. It can hold its own in a jam with acoustic guitars because it's in a different register and projects surprisingly well for such a small instrument. And best of all, it's concert size, so it's insanely portable. I have been taking it basically everywhere I go.

Design flaw
This is not a good buy. Within days of stringing to normal tension, the bridge, which is thinly designed and set at an angle asking to be broken ... well the bridge cracked and exploded off the instrument. In a panic (because beyond that the instrument did as I had hoped), I promptly ordered another one. A repeat history, within hours of being strung to normal tension, the bridge was already suffering a fracture. I’m a professional musician & depend on my instruments to perform—quite unnaceptable, never before experienced failure with an ukulele.

Beautiful instrument for beginner, intermediate or pro
I started playing the uke over a month ago and realized that I wanted to upgrade. I got the Ranch beginner package, which was absolutely great to starter, a great bank for my buck, and got me going. But I've played guitar before (many, many, many years ago) and know the value of a quality instrument. Not ready for a Martin or Hawaiian koa, but was ready to step up. The Cordoba was IT!. Oh my gosh, it is a beautiful ukulele with a lovely tone and worth every penny. The action is perfect for me. Even my husband said "Ooooo" when I tuned and played it for the first time. And it looks pretty too. The wood coloring is a bit darker than pictured, but still quite lovely.

Sprouts Equals Ouch!!!
Very disappointed. I ordered the uke knowing the reputation of Cordoba. The frets had “sprouted” and were very painful. Unfortunately, I had to return the first one and the second because of the same issue. Please note, a Cordoba representative did let me know that they could send one from the factory but it wouldn’t be ready until mid-June ( it was ordered in April and I was anxious to receive it,) so I declined the offer.

A great one for a reasonable price, just change the factory strings!
I've been playing ukulele for a few years now on a kala soprano mahogany laminate. I've wanted to upgrade to a concert solid top, but there were so many options! The more research I did, the less sure I was about what I wanted. But I kept coming back to this one. It has the features I was looking for, it had good reviews on YouTube, and it was easy to find. At first I was not disappointed in the sound and lack of resonance, but then I realized the factory strings were just shot. I put a set of Aquila Red with a low G, and it sounds gorgeous and full bodied.

It’s soooo pretty!!!
This is a beautiful instrument made with excellent craftsmanship. I wanted to upgrade from a starter concert Uke to a tenor and stay within the $150-$250 range. After a lot of research, I finally chose the Cordoba. The sound is full and rich. The quality, evident. The action on this Uke is a little high and may be a little more difficult to play out of the box, particularly if you are a beginner. I took mine to my local guitar/Uke shop and they lowered the action for me. Now it’s perfect and so much fun to play. In all, it’s a great value, sounds lovely and is so pretty I’d display it on my wall as art.

Really great concert uke
I own many ukuleles, but this is my favorite of my higher priced ones. Smooth fretboard, came set up and ready to go. Really good sound. Definitely recommend!!

Beautifully made concert size ukulele
Cordoba has been making stringed wooden instruments for generations. What they learned making guitars transfers over nicely to ukuleles. The detailing on this uke is extraordinary. The sound is loud and the sustain seemingly forever. It's beautiful to look at and fun to play. It's all I had hoped for and more. A very nice instrument.
