Soft
My kiddo is obsessed with these. Yes they get a little frayed after they are chewed or sucked on, but they come in a pack of two plus super affordable to grab at least two more packs for backups.

Great in Every Way
My grandchild, who has autism and chews on everything, loves chewing on this necklace. It keeps her from chewing or eating her hair, paper, and clothing. It can easily be lengthened, washes easily, and is an attractive braided cloth necklace. She's only had it a couple of weeks, but it is holding up well so far. I will likely buy more of these if she continues to find them useful (I purchased two for Christmas--one for home and one for my house). I think it helps her to chew on something to alleviate stress at school and elsewhere. In fact, she was chewing it as she was led to my car in the pickup line at school. I would like to see other colors.

Falls apart easily
I like this product but you need to replace it frequently. It falls apart.

They work but they do wear over time
Update: I have begun looking into other options for him as this has continued to happen. Not sure how much string is too much string and they are getting caught in his bottom teeth and gums.We now probably own a rather big collection of these. Our son who is 4 and is Autistic with sensory needs such as chewing loves these. I think these have to be his absolute favorite when it comes to sensory chews because no matter which one I buy him these are his go to. Now I'm not sure if it's the wear of the washing and drying or the length of time we've had these but they do eventually start to wear and I have found him chewing on pieces of the string and eating it they've also gotten stuck in his teeth as well. They also do unravel as well. For me I would rather him eat string over the dangerous things I have caught him chewing on it's the lesser of 2 evils and what kid hasn't eaten string. These are made where they can be worn around the neck but our son doesn't choose that plus with how soaked he gets this from chewing on it I dont think I would want him to. He also prefers these to the hard silicone chews that are either solo or worn around the neck and I think it might be easier on his teeth but give the sensation he needs.

My autistic son loves them!
My autistic son loves these, however they are an at home exclusive for us. I tried sending it to school, but he chewed on it so much that it was completely soaked. Which is just the nature of fabric! So he loves them and uses them, just at home. ☺️ Product is great and works as expected!
