I ordered two of these planters and they are beautiful! Large, very sturdy and the arched design is perfect. One of my boxes was missing parts and I contacted the seller for replacement pieces. The customer service was fast and above and beyond. The first replacement order was delivered, but not to us (misdelivered by our less than below average postal service) The seller very willingly agreed to resend the parts and we received them very promptly. Highly recommend he product and can’t say enough great things about the seller’s customer service!

The box arrived within the expected time frame and was packaged well. It is pretty heavy, so be prepared for that. It took about an hour and a half to assemble with my young son "helper". The instructions were easy to follow.The finished planter looks good, and I can't wait to fill it with herbs and Spring veggies. Will be great to have them handy. While it seems sturdy, we had some very heavy winds that made me worry for this. Bit it was fine. I really like that I can that it be moved to different locations on the deck, depending on sun easily.

Update: I ended up ordering a replacement but they did reach out to me offering different ways to fix the issue. Great customer service! We now have the garden bed ready to use.I hate leaving 3 stars as I think we’ll really like this but we are missing hardware (screws and hanger cross bar) to be able to finish putting it together. I would rather contact the seller but it was all automated.

I love this product. It was simple to install, and it fits my herb and salad plants perfectly without taking up too much room. I was worried it may not be sturdy but it’s quite stable and has already withstood two windy storms with zero issues. Only negative is that the product arrived without assembly instructions but a quick YouTube tutorial helped with that and is was complete in about 40 minutes.

Opened the box to assemble on Mother's Day for a gift. It had obviously been opened, rifled through, and thrown back in the box. Pieces all over, not in plastic bags. The "4" bags of screws were all in one bag and scotch taped together. At least 2 screws are missing, and 4 of the basket holder brackets are missing. Very disappointed.

The good: Its looks.The bad: This had been previously opened and had loose fasteners in it. Some of which must have been misplaced during repackaging or they fell through a hole in the box. Spending $4 at Home Depot was far easier than dealing with a return/replacement. Besides that, the brackets that attach the top, bottom, and back leg pieces did not match the assembly illustrations. Also, the bolt sizes did not match the instructions and the size what I believe was meant to attach the planter brackets wasn't long enough. So I rearranged them and used HD bolts in their place. Once assembled, there was still a lot of wiggle in the fitment of the two top/bottom halves and the whole thing did not sit on all 4's until I loaded it up with plants and soil. There is a fair amount of flex to the frame making me wonder how durable it is fully loaded. And, finally, the drain holes are pretty large. I'm pretty sure that soil will come out with any excess water. I put fiberglass window screen over them to help decrease errosion.I would return this if it wasn't for the fact that I need something ASAP and that I can use parts of it toward building a new design.

So far I love it!It was easy to put together. I did it by myself (female 65 year old, maybe my lifelong experience with putting IKEA stuff together helped), it took me about 1 1/2 hours.I'm already thinking about ordering another one, even though I can't say anything about rusting yet. Won't use it until next spring

Bought for my son-in-law as a birthday gift. He likes it very much. One problem: it didn't come with the required number of screws to put it together, but they made it work with what was available.
