It is not bulky, you can wear it comfortably under clothes

Q: will this help with lordosis? lower back is tight and muscles contacted. will it help keep my pelvis heavy and grounded to free lower back?

The brace does not specifically treat Lordosis, but the benefits of wearing it for your pelvis would be helpful. It will help stabilize the pelvis and should help with the muscle contractions.

This brace can get wet as it is made with a flexible mesh material, however, if it is going to be a water that has chlorine or salt in it, you will want to make sure you wash it in a warm water with mild soap and let it air dry completely before reusing it. Q: I have hip pain and lower back pain. Does this item help with both or only hips or ?

You can wear this lower and put the pads on your hip area. It will however ride up if you waist is smaller then your hips. I just undo the brace, move it down and I'm good. You will always need to do this after sitting down. I wear mine lower and it does help keeping my lower vertebrae in place, which moves and causes hip pain. I'm happy I found this brace.
