Nice arrangements. Easy to follow

Aside from being a superb classical guitarist, David is also extremely talented at arranging. Both of these qualities lead to sensible and excellent quality arrangements for guitar. I have just received the book (early Christmas present) and I'm like a kid in a sweet shop. The book provides relief from slogging away at the tricky classical guitar repertoire. I was worried before purchasing that the fingerings might not be clear or sensible as is the case with much guitar music, but the book is extremely clear and well presented in notation and tablature leaving no doubt. This book will provide much pleasure and I cannot recommend it enough. I would strongly urge David for a book 2. Thanks David!

Slightly higher standard technically than I thought but it is good to stretch ones capabilities.

Nice multi-format presentation of material; very easy to self-teach these numbers with all the available tools.

This book is very clearly printed and contains fabulous arrangements of popular tunes. Some of the pieces are challenging, but some are not too hard if you persist. I am completely self taught and so far, after several months of moderate practice, I can play two pieces and the beginnings of several others. I've enjoyed every minute and am looking forward to learning more from it.

Thia is a great book of arrangements that David has had in his repertoire for a long time and has performed on his Youtube channel (he is a virtuoso classical guitarist). These arrangements are not easy but should be fine for an intermediate player with a bit of work. They are far from reductions being complete in all their voicing so will take practice but the results are well worth the effort and work beautifully on the classical guitar. You also have access to David's recordings of these pieces online which provides a good benchmark with the Hal Leonard software allowing you to slow down the playback too. I'd definitely recommend this book.

A really superb collection of classical guitar arrangements - interesting enough for the most adept players but, at the same time, being easily within the reach of the intermediate payer who knows their way around the fretboard.
